I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience my party encountered during our recent stay at your establishment. Despite booking three non-smoking rooms well in advance, our arrival at 3 pm was met with significant delays and a series of unacceptable inconveniences.
Upon arrival, we were informed that none of the rooms we booked were available, despite our timely arrival. After a half-hour wait, we were provided with only two rooms, one of which was a smoking room, despite our explicit request for all non-smoking accommodations. This disregard for our preferences and health concerns is unacceptable.
Furthermore, we were assured that the third room would be ready within 15 minutes. However, after an hour of waiting, we were informed that the room was available, only to discover that it was already occupied by another guest who had been checked in erroneously. This mistake reflects a severe lack of competence and organization on the part of your staff.
The cumulative effect of these errors resulted in a distressing and frustrating experience for myself and my companions. We expected a seamless and comfortable stay but were instead subjected to unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I am deeply disappointed by the level of service we received and feel compelled to share our negative experience with others. I intend to leave a scathing review detailing the myriad issues we encountered during our stay, in hopes that it serves as a warning to potential guests considering your establishment.
In conclusion, I urge you to address the systemic failures that led to this regrettable experience and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. As a paying customer, I expect better treatment and a higher standard of service.
