Worst hotel I've seen in terms of customer service My family and I waited more than 3 hours to complete the entry procedures The treatment of the reception staff made matters worse Due to bad treatment and late check-in, my family and I left the hotel Unfortunately this happened in front of the eyes of a large number of guests and was met with the same indifference from the hotel staff NB I left the hotel at 5 pm after late check-in

Poor and dismissive customer service. Also not enough staff, waited a half hour before the concierge spoke to me. Answering the response below, I had my paperwork in hand from the Saudi government health authorities stating that I was vaccinated and my overall health status was approved. I even called Tawakalna and they said that legally I'm allowed to enter the hotel with my documentation. You left me on the street in a country I am not from with my suitcases from the airport. This is extremely unprofessional and not a way to treat international travelers visiting your country.
