Good location, but parking can be difficult. Breakfast was good with a decent choice. Unfortunately, my room door lock was malfunctioning, which led me to visit reception as the lobby phone did not work (twice!), so it was a complete inconvenience. Staff were friendly, and maintenance was prompt (10 mins wait), but the room is immaculate, and shower facilities were excellent.

The hotel overall is in a decent location and close enough to many attractions and local markets. The lobby is elegant and adequate for receiving guests if needed. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped bathroom. The reason for the imperfect score is the dining experience: the menu options are ridiculously overpriced in my opinion and the food does not taste that good. Moreover, if you order a meal that has multiple components, more often than not, some elements will be missing despite being charged full price. At one point, I was served 50% of what I ordered and then was told in nonchalant manner that the rest of components are not available. I asked them why they did not tell before I ordered so I can order something different and their only answer was "Sorry, Ma'am" then I pointed out that I was charged full price for 50% of the meal and again there was no answer. I demanded to speak to a manager and all of sudden I was told they will bring the missing elements shortly and they did along with a complimentary "very nicely" done fruit plate. I spoke with the staff at the front desk about the incident and they said they will look into the issue. The following night, a senior manager called and offered a dinner " on the house" but I declined respectfully since I had already eaten and was ready to go to bed. Overall, not a bad place to stay but definitely eat somewhere else.

Not a bad hotel at all, good for business trips and the sorts. I had a very humid stinky room the first night i arrived, but the reception promptly prepared another room for me. The restaurant in the hotel has some really tasty food, but a bit on the heavier side, could use some light menu options. The breakfast is a full on buffet of almost anything one has for breakfast.

The worst hotel experience i have ever had. It is 2am and am writing this note with the noise from the truck parked next to hotel is excruciating. I changed 3 rooms earlier and each one had noise that I cannot explain. To add insult to the injury, when i went yesterday to the gym, the hotel employee attending for the changjng area was so rude so junior and so incompetent that i couldnt stay 5 minutes. There were no hangers for towels in the shower, no timer in the sauna and towels supposedly clean were stuffed together. Breakfast less than average. I will never stay in this hotel though i come monthly. You cant sleep, you cant rest and for a five star hotel, the money I paid is a waste. The team is friendly at reception but if the hotel comfort is that bad nothing helps.

Good place but. WiFi upload is slow slow slow. Very slow. Stops actually. The room key cards forever do not work and you need to go back to reception to sort out. This is clearly a long term issue...But nobody actually fixes it. Cannot understand why a problem continues for months and nothing is done. The next guest will face the same issue. Reveals a mindset.. "not our problem"
