Everything is worse, even the room isn't in the order, a disabled lift, a rude receptionist etc.. On God I would never stay there again.

Pathetic hotel, no proper canteen, lift is not working properly, poor response from service team, very rude behaviour from reception team, khafeel is very poor person not able to provide basic necesities for customer.

Good hotel staff behaviour is good and frindly. Around 10 to 15 mint walking distance to haram.
