Overall, my stay at the hotel was 2 stars decent, but unfortunate incidents left me with a feeling of dissatisfaction in spite of its high-star rating. Firstly, I had to wait for an hour before I could successfully check-in. This was unexpected and quite inconvenient as I had been traveling and was in need of rest. Secondly, upon entering my room, I quickly noticed a strong scent of insecticide fumes which had been released in the air. The hotel did not forewarn me about this, and it made me feel uneasy for the rest of my stay. In spite of these mishaps, the location of the hotel was great and quite convenient for my travel needs. However, overall, I can't see myself booking a stay there in the future.

Decent, not much of activities to do. Hot water is good for 4 to 5 minutes then it is cold, we couldn’t enjoy the Jacuzzi at all we complained few times however no improvement. Housekeeping is not the best even if you ask for it they would ignore you till you make several calls. We also had our own towel taken by the house keeper then it was return when we asked for it. Resturant is way way overpriced given the overall utilities and cuisines. Spa prices is abnormal, I have traveled around the world but I don’t where their pricing benchmark is coming from. I can make one positive comment(the breakfast is great if you plan to go have it included)

It's nice and luxury resort. Very quiet and peaceful. Villas are of good size and comfortable. Perfect for couples and short stays. However cleanliness needs little more attention. Service is perfect. 500 advance deposit required upon check-in. Little far from city and services. Breakfast options are great and service is good too.

Came to this beautiful resort twice, definitely the best in jeddah.. the staff Jumana, Hatoon and ghazi are awesome they were smiley, friendly and very accommodating. Everyone made me feel very welcome. The resort itself is amazing and so is the views are breathtaking. Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff at narcissus.
