Our experience at the resort was horrible from beginning to end. We were told there were two types of villas: beach view and garden view. However, when we got there our garden view villa was more of a road view villa and we were told that the actual garden view villas were a third category: “deluxe villas”. Next, we wanted to go swimming but the water was stale and cold. Instead we decided to go to the spa, but the jacuzzi was not functional and the staff made us stick around and wait by assuring us that the water would heat up in a bit. Overall, the experience is not worth the money, particularly because all entertainment activities are either not functional or ridiculously priced (e.g. they charged 280 sar for a 15 minute boat ride…)

We stayed here for 1 night in the garden view villa. - The swimming pool had only cold water (they probably didn't turn on the hot water because there were few guests) - the jacuzzi and sauna didn't work. Jacuzzi didn't heat up despite us waiting 2 hours - the gaming room had a billiard table in bad form with broken cues. -The boat ride was very expensive (280 sr for 15 mins). -Beach front was small and swimming was prohibited - Staff were unsupportive, really didn't care - House was okay Overall a bad experience. Will not recommend or return

It's a shame this is a 5 star resort. The AC is not cooling, the staff are terrible and the service is bad.
