Pathetic food. It makes your stomach upset. When complained. Staff replied I didn’t cooked the food. Very dirty room and washroom and very small too. It is a hotel with zero star. Please reconsider before booking this hotel.

We stayed there for 1week, very close to the masjid. But the staff, service, rooms, food is not of a 4* hotel. The shower was broken, we didn’t even have a kettle in our room. Tea coffee wasn’t available at all times. The WIFI didn’t work at all. The phones weren’t working either. They’d give us only 1 card per room. Overall I’m very disappointed with the quality & service given.

Lifts are complete mess. My floor got skipped million times. Room is dark and tiny. Only get 1 keycard each room. Location is rather far from Masjid Al-Haram.

This hotel should be rated with 0 star. Why? 1. Hotel room was VERY SMALL. They were able to fit 4 single beds in a 4Mx3M room. Other hotel would have places their tenants in a much larger room to accommodate them. 2. Hotel lift is very inconvenient. Have to take 2 separate lifts. First, from the entrance to the receptionist. Second, from the receptionist to your room floor. Imagine having a very busy day (especially after every Prayer) where tenants went back to the hotels. You have to wait for a very long time for you to get in the lift. The lift is also very small, can fit at most 8 people. 3. Speaking of tenants, goodluck if you are in the same floor as indo****ans. During my stay, they have the guts to smoke at the room floor lobby and even sleep there on the couch. Not sure if they are unable to read the ‘no smoking’ sign or they are just ignoring it. We already told the guy at the counter but nothing happened. At one time, there is this indo****ans lady peeling an apple skin while sitting infront of my door. 4. No glass/tea/coffee was made available. Not even water heater. You have to go down and take you own hot water from the restaurant. 5. I wouldn’t say that this hotel is near to Masjidil Haram, you need to walk around 350Meters which doesn’t sound that far, but imagine you are walking under the scorching weather. 6. The heater in the shower is fine. However, when you have spent all day under the sun and wishing to go back for a cold shower, then you are unlucky as the coldest shower you will get is still hot. In conclusion, you have other hotel alternatives, please please consider other hotel. If you are in a tight budget, please consider spending your money a little bit for other alternatives as well.
