The hotel is dirty and never clean. I saw the rooms along. I changed the hotel. The mattresses are disgusting and dirty. The rooms smell and cockroaches. The bathrooms are disgusting. Something disgusting is leaking. And the misfortune is when we spoke to the reception about changing the mattresses and replacing them, she said that the system we have every week change because the laundry is the top of disgust, something very disgusting. Of course, we went out, and God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs The only thing is the location of the hotel and the star because of the location of the hotel only

Bad, cleanliness is the lowest level, and it is far from the sanctuary. Half an hour walk, or you can ride the free Mecca buses from Ibrahim Al-Khalil Station 14 and get off after three stops, then walk a third / quarter of an hour to the Haram..I do not recommend it for women on Friday.

The cleanliness is very very poor, cockroaches fill the rooms The room carpets are very bad Its location is also far from the Haram, about 3 km There are no shuttle buses to the hotel It is true that there is a Mecca bus station in front of the hotel, but most of the time it is not available At the reception even the hotel cards are not present Restaurants are also far away In general, I do not recommend living in it until it is well cleaned
