Nothing noteworthy. The place is located about one km from the Masjid Al Haram. The location of the Hotel is on a lane adjacent to the main road. Rooms are average with 4 beds in a room which leaves little space to move about although the number of occupants may be less than 4. Service is below average.

We had Cimex in our room which unfortunately got into our suitcases and we weren't the only ones in this hotel with this problem! The reception staff didn't care and didn't even look you in the eye! the manager claimed not to have another room and no new beds for us and also claimed that we dragged these Cimex! I can advise everyone from this hotel

We were 20 friends who visited the holiest city together. We stayed 13 days from which 7 days were during Ramadan. Rooms were in good condition. Street view was awesome. Service was ok. Akrom helped us a lot. Even though we were 4 persons in one room, only one key was provided which made difficult conform timing within group. Location is very good except Ramadan. It is only 5 minutes away from Masjidul haram by bus which is free. However hotel moved its buses from simple route to complex journey which took 1 hour during Ramadan time. We had to pay to use the easiest way then. Overall it was awesome sacred journey, we loved and definitely would like to repeat.
