It's was a great stay here. All staff are kind and helpful. Our room was very clean in terms of furniture and also electric appliances were functioning well. The reception is also very fine and classy. It's also a good spot regarding resturants, souvenir shops and even the Haram (about 20 minutes to El Haram).Opposed to all the photos on the internet, it looks really good in reality . The only thing that we had a problem with was unstable internet connection. Either than that, it was really comfortable and will defintely pick that hotel again when I visit Mecca.
