I tried the breakfast buffet downstairs, and it was actually disappointing. The bakery items (muffins, cakes, and pastries) were dry except the bread. Pancakes were raw. They use paper cups for serving juices and some juices were not that cold. No diet sugar. The place is hot even though we changed our table still HOT. I like the meat pieces and the foul as well as the fresh egg and the coffee machine. Staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel does not represent a double tree standard. First, they check me in to a different room than I requested. Then, they rectified this matter, and checked me in a dirty Room!!(Dirty toilet paper, dirty towels). In addition to the above, the rooms smell is absolutely the worst!! This is my second time in here, and both experiences are worse than the other. - Their Cribs are broken btw, do not rely on them.

Check in was slow. Attitude in front desk was not the best thing. Signal inside rooms is weak. The room carpet is dirty. The bathroom is very small. On the bright side. The bed is super comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good. A lot of variety and good coffee. The hotel lobby is spacious and relaxing.

The main reason for the low rating is the quality of their room. I stayed before in this hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. In this last stay unfortunately the room I stayed at was in very bad shape. Carpets and chairs dirty and with stains, bad smell like humidity coming from the AC, the shower old and damage. I believe that the management team at Hilton Saudi Arabia needs to do something about this as a friend staying in a different room has the same comments.
