I stayed for 19 days (in Sept 2021) in the hotel as part of business/my new job assignment, as it is adjacent to my office location. I missed to leave a review of my stay-experience during that time. So far, everything is really good from spacious parking, clean room and accessories, wide lobby, restaurants, cafe's, housekeeping and gym/pool EXCEPT THE SELECTIVE/DISCRIMINATORY ACTIONS/UNFAIR TREATMENT OFTENTIMES TO ME OF SOME OF ITS SECURITY GUARDS IN THE MAIN GATE AND GATE 2 (AND SOME HOTEL STAFFS AT THE RECEPTION OR AT THE GATE). WHEN SECURITY GUARDS SEE AN ASIAN (EAST, SOUTH & SOUTHEAST ASIANS) FACES ENTERING THE HOTEL, HE OR THEY ARE INTERROGATING AND INSPECTING BAGS/BELONGINGS/LAPTOP BAGS BEING BROUGHT BY GUESTS WITHOUT EVEN GREETING US GUESTS. HOWEVER WHEN ARAB AND WESTERN FACES OR GUESTS ENTERING THE GATE AND RECEPTION/LOBBY, THE GUARDS AND HOTEL STAFFS ARE JUST SMILING AND GIVING A WELCOMING GREETINGS! I found it rude & racist such guards and staffs behaviours; and selective or no equality/no value for Asian guests especially by races. Such behaviours in hospitality business is intolerable I think so.
Note: If Asians are not welcomed in your hotel or hotel group, then you should not accept Asians to check-in; or you shall label your hotel as "not a place to stay by Asians". Otherwise, your guards and some front staffs shall undergo thorough proper customer service training and/or discipline.
