Cristal Amaken Hotel

For those visiting for work or meetings in near proximity, this hotel has presented the ideal solution. Even after few years of operation, you still can observe as if it is brand new facility. Well maintained and organized. The Starbucks cafe in the lobby is a nice gathering area.

The reception attitude is not helpful at all The room smell is very very bad, and they send me an Indian maint guy who cant believe that there is a smell, and at the end they send an air refreshner to put on carpet and w.c, and while the AC is the problem. The card room if u r in 3rd floor, the elevator not take order to any other floor if u want to go to 1st or 2nd floor, you have to use the back stairs The sound of T.V connected to the bath too, so all the time there is a disturbance even when silent the tv So in time of pray the adhan will be in the bath room, this is really funny I dont recommend this hotel at all Very very bad experience, enough for one night and will never back again Back of hotel, the sound is very very noise, because of the central A.C , and there is a factory beside the hotel, the sound shares the guest inside the room

this is the 2nd time i stay in this cozy and tidy hotel. the first time i chose it because of its location as i had meetings in industrial zone, this time i chose it because i enjoyed my stay first time and i did this time as well, i particularly enjoyed the food variety, quality and sevice order. i thank chef Samir for hospitality and care

I have been staying this place since 2020. I have stayed quite several time on business trip and I observe decline in service and standard. The breakfast used to be very good with a variety of food items, fresh juices nuts etc. Now they reduces several items. There used to be complementary fruit basket for frequent customer which is not being served now. The food menu is quite old and I have not seen any new items added or revised. Cristal has not updated or added any new movie or drama since 2020. In this limited collection, some of them does not work. The internet speed is slow and takes alot of time for browsing.

I’d say it’s an ideal hotel for family, it’s in the industrial area 2 which makes it peace and quiet. The pool was amazing and breakfast too. The housekeeping staff Abdul Rahim was awesome. Overall all staff are well trained including reception lady staff.
