Room service is good but breakfast menu is very limited, not so tasty and not fresh. We had three days constant breakfast, didn’t like the breakfast even a single day.

Worst experience ever in my life, We went for a swim 2 adults and a kid, 218 SAR, pool is disgusting, no towels provided due to health concerns but after begging the person responsible for the swimming pool to give us 2 towels he finally gave us 2, then after we already left, the guy actually came all the way out of the hotel to the car park asking for the towels rudely!!!!! We said it’s in the shower room where all the towels should be left, he consistently and rudely ask us to come upstairs and give it to him (as it seemed that we stole the bloody towels) We went upstairs and gave it to him. I can’t believe what happened I can’t believe this is actually a 5 stars Hotel!!! This is NOT even a 0.001 star ..

The experience at Awaliv was horrible. The AC was not good enough (room temperature fixed at 26). The mattress was not comfortable. The pillows felt cheap and high/full. The furniture was crumbling (toilet door handle was broken, carpet was dirty and water cattle was impossible to connect). There should be water in the room furniture. The worst part of the experience was the helpless front desk when I called to ask about a solution to the air-conditioning despite their promise to send someone!

Superb location. Beautiful hotel and main attraction roof top city view. Service is quick and staff managing cleaning and other stuff very well. Buffet system in hotel is also organised every item is available on the table. Hotel is 5 star that's why price is not less. Table service is also available here.
