Room service is good but breakfast menu is very limited, not so tasty and not fresh.
We had three days constant breakfast, didn’t like the breakfast even a single day.

Worst experience ever in my life,
We went for a swim 2 adults and a kid, 218 SAR, pool is disgusting, no towels provided due to health concerns but after begging the person responsible for the swimming pool to give us 2 towels he finally gave us 2, then after we already left, the guy actually came all the way out of the hotel to the car park asking for the towels rudely!!!!! We said it’s in the shower room where all the towels should be left, he consistently and rudely ask us to come upstairs and give it to him (as it seemed that we stole the bloody towels)
We went upstairs and gave it to him. I can’t believe what happened I can’t believe this is actually a 5 stars Hotel!!! This is NOT even a 0.001 star ..
