If you’re coming to Taif, then look no further for a hotel to stay in. I have to say it is without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I did have my fair share of travelling. The rooms are spacious, clean and have large windows that overlook the cit of Taif, its mountains, trees and houses. (I chose a room on the east side) Everything in my room was up to standard and has met my expectations. However, what has truly exceeded my expectations is the quality of the service they offer, this includes the reception, room services and the breakfast buffet. What was also a nice touch is that every thing in that mini fridge we all wanted to snack from was for free and refillable! Unlike many hotels, this one was all about the customer, clearly it was built to serve the guest.

Really 5 star hotel. Everything is great except location, nothing special about it

I went to the gym section in the hotel , then got kicked out for no reason other then ( being a women ) !! very displeased by this experience .
