Hotel location is only good thing remain ..all service was pathetic. Room were small.. and specially lifts was not working most of the time . I see they shutdown lift and switch on even during people are inside the lift to make way for some customers waiting in the reception . Which is very dangerous...

The room lock card always need to be recharge, sometime everytime after we went out of the room. Cigarettes smoke enter the room through the AC & nothing being done by the hotel people, even the lobby smell of cigarettes smoke. The receptionist is not friendly & didn't respond to question, instead keep on enganged with his handphone. Cleaner always give reason no clean towel to change. The room carpet is dusty.

Towel not replace daily automaticly. Slow action upon request...need to remind a few times. Small dining area at M floor. The room is very small for 3 single beds. Furnitures are very old and out dated and need replacement. This hotel received a lot of visitors due to its good location near the Masjidil Haram (300 m) and very convenient to other aminities.
