The worst hotel service in my entire hotel’s experiences. I entered my suite with my family in my first day, the room was a complete disaster, walls have stains, and marks, carpet has stains, AC has problems where you cannot adjust temperatures. The bathroom condition was very poor, toilet paper was used, the flush was broken and not working, towels have stains. I called the Hotel manager and he promised to solve the issue, and now its been two weeks since my checkout and no response from the hotel management. My stay was truly unsatisfying disappointment for my family and I.

Very courteous staffs and great service. The Saudi Reception staff, on our request upgraded us to a suite room, for free. Very nice staffs and very hospitable staffs.

Polished rooms have free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemakers. Upgraded rooms, minibars, and sofas, plus complimentary breakfast. The 1- and 2-bedroom executive suites add separate living/dining rooms. Room service is available 24/7. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The food in the restaurant is high level. Other amenities include parking, an air-conditioned prayer hall, restaurants, and an outdoor pool. I visited this hotel at the end of May 2022. The Steam room was under maintenance work. Holiday Inn Jeddah - al Hamra, an IHG Hotel is located on Palestine Rd, Al-Hamra'a Dist, Jeddah.
