I recently had the opportunity to visit the Park Hyatt in Jeddah for their Iftar, and overall, it was a decent experience. The ambiance was lovely, and the staff was welcoming and attentive, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere.
However, regarding the food, I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed. While everything was tasty and well-prepared, I expected more creativity and innovation from the restaurant. Some of the dishes lacked the bold flavors and spices that I was hoping for, and a few of them were served lukewarmly, which was a bit disappointing.
That being said, the desserts were a standout for me - they were delicious and worth trying. The beverage selection was also impressive, with various traditional and refreshing drinks.
Overall, I would give this Iftar a rating of 6.5/10.
While it's worth checking out if you're in the area, it may not quite meet your expectations if you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience. Nonetheless, the sweet treats and attentive staff created a pleasant dining experience.
