My experience at Al Hamra hotel in 2014 was quite disappointing. The lack of basic amenities like charging points, limited TV channels, and no complimentary drinking water for a week definitely impacted my stay negatively. What's worse, the staff's poor response and lack of empathy only added to the hotel's drawbacks. It felt like the hotel didn't meet industry standards and failed to provide a satisfactory guest experience during my visit. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you're looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This is my second time staying here, it’s an amazing feeling to feel at home, yehyea restaurants manager is a face you can’t forget, highly recommended if you are visiting Jeddah and looking for a decent hotel for your stay.

Nicely sized rooms, great service and the hotel is in a good location. Parking is a bit of a challenge but overall it's a good experience.

If i could give you guys zero stars i would without hesitation. I booked this hotel 3 months prior to my trip to Saudia Arabia ( July approximately) , i fly from the U.S more than 24 hour trip. When i arrive i find the hotel is closed for maintenance, no phone to call and the security guy doesn’t speak English so he can’t understand us or even direct us to what should be done. 3 months noone sent an email from the reservations in the hotel or the booking agent (expedia) . 3 hours waiting on the street and the taxi is charging me for waiting until expedia rebooked me into a different hotel ( not talking about 3 hours of international phone calls) . Honestly i have never seen such a level of unprofessionalism or carelessness about guests. STAY AWAY FROM THAT HOTEL.

It's an old existing hotel in Jeddah, the facility is not upgraded anymore and most rooms were worn out. Beds are too high, not proportioned to human height. Linens are itchy and unfavorable odor inside the room. Toilet flush is not working properly and the water thermal heater in inconsistent.
