This is the worst hotel I stayed in. I understand it is an old hotel with long history but it is a hotel afterall! The room smells bad, the couches have stains, the balcony is so dusty, the bathtub is leaking which we asked to fix but never happened. I didn't use any amenities since the pool has no water, I don't know about if there is exist sauna or steam or jacuzzi because all are locked up. The front desk staff are not helpful nor welcoming. It was really a bad choice to stay on this hotel!

To begin with it's the Alhamra hotel and not the Hilton. This estate is legendary and is been serving guests for almost half a century. That being said you could imagine there is a need for renovation works here and there. It has a great lobby downstairs and can get crowded at times. One thing is for sure this hotel is economical

Polished rooms have free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemakers. Upgraded rooms, minibars, and sofas, plus complimentary breakfast. The 1- and 2-bedroom executive suites add separate living/dining rooms. Room service is available 24/7. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The food in the restaurant is high level. Other amenities include parking, an air-conditioned prayer hall, restaurants, and an outdoor pool. I visited this hotel at the end of May 2022. The Steam room was under maintenance work.
