Description

Zatoonay consists of a lobby lounge, dining room, and open kitchen, offering healthy filling breakfasts, lunches, and themed dinners. The menu includes freshly baked bread and hand-carved sandwiches, gourmet burgers, pizzas, healthy food, and fruit cocktails. Zatoonay is a modern restaurant with upscale dining. They serve international classic food with an innovative touch.

The restaurant has a buffet system for breakfast but for lunch and dinner, it is a la carte. The day starts with a menu that includes signature breakfast dishes; then they transition into a special lunch and dinner menu that contain soups and salads, pasta, appetizers and specialties, burgers, sandwiches, desserts, and signature drinks.

The coordination and communication skills of Mr. Ahmed Mansoury (manager) with customers are extremely professional, and his team is highly appreciated for giving a warm welcome to all the customers. This restaurant is located on the ground floor of Crown Town Hotel, Luxor Street, Cornish, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Hotel staff was friendly and rooms were clean but dated. I would like to know who chose the carpets in room because thats very odd choice. Swimming pool is quite small but clean and operational and so is gym. As for location, its not very convenient. The only thing at walking distance is a tuck shop and cafe. The cafe ( karak & waffle ) is very good but there is nothing else nearby. Nearest fast food is 1.5 km away i.e. hardees, I’M hungry etc. Nearest shopping is 3 km away. There are no local shops nearby.

I think the reviews about the staffs being pleasant or welcoming are fabricated or its just the hotel people itself. I stayed here for 5 days and and the room wasnt cleaned until i requested them multiple times They even have a switch in the room for room cleaning but when i asked about that they reply was hilarious. " the guest should come and request at the reception" Y is there a switch in the first place. One thing they are very keen to collect the money for laundry even before check out but wont even deliver the dress to room unless we start another long conversation. Now coming to the behavior of staffs, the show a attitude as if they are paying for the stay. I have stayed in over a 100 hotels and this is the first place the waiter or kitchen staff are saying they dont deliver food to the room. Then why call this a hotel? If it is for food alone or stay alone it should be called a restaurant or lodge right ?

i experience Ramadan Iftar over there. it was awful experience from food, management, varaity and seating. it was like a food station in the street. i asked tge bakery for more but he said i finished, it was just 10 minutes after Iftar. not good for money at all.
