It is a 3 stars served hotel rooms but it seemed to me as a 5 stars hotel in other places ( such as Istanbul) The positive points are: Nice and clean, we stayed in a flat of 2 bedrooms and a living room with 2 bathrooms. The beds were big and comfy. Daily cleaning service is available. Daily supplies of water and coffee table. With an electrical stove,cooking tools, a fridge, and a freezer. Breakfast is included, which is nice and different daily. The negative points The cleaning stuff doesn't clean well. No service is close to this hotel if you are a tourist without a rented car, such as grocery, laundry, or stationery. The air conditioner was cold all the time no matter how much we tried to adjust the temperature to the highest and my little son got cold coz the extra humidity in the room and the cold air form the A.C But the stuff was amazing, helpful, and smiling all the time If I go back to Jiddah, I'll definitely book there.

The rooms are quite clean and well furnished. The prices are reasonable. The staff is great. The breakfast is good. The location is great, right in front of the biggest flag pole in Jeddah. North side is the corniche 20 minutes drive and south side is Albalad historic district 10 minutes drive. However, the gym is horrible!

Superb rooms: good size, clean, quite, modern, wifi working, even having microwave to heat the left overs of the lunch / dinner. Breakfast with a view. Reception and the manager Mr. Ahmed, all very professional and professional. Only minor things: Desk could be wider Plug at the desktop is hidden for aesthetics There is a tiny gap in the door of the room and light from the corridor can pass in the room
