Description

Zatoonay consists of a lobby lounge, dining room, and open kitchen, offering healthy filling breakfasts, lunches, and themed dinners. The menu includes freshly baked bread and hand-carved sandwiches, gourmet burgers, pizzas, healthy food, and fruit cocktails. Zatoonay is a modern restaurant with upscale dining. They serve international classic food with an innovative touch.

The restaurant has a buffet system for breakfast but for lunch and dinner, it is a la carte. The day starts with a menu that includes signature breakfast dishes; then they transition into a special lunch and dinner menu that contain soups and salads, pasta, appetizers and specialties, burgers, sandwiches, desserts, and signature drinks.

The coordination and communication skills of Mr. Ahmed Mansoury (manager) with customers are extremely professional, and his team is highly appreciated for giving a warm welcome to all the customers. This restaurant is located on the ground floor of Crown Town Hotel, Luxor Street, Cornish, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The hotel is obviously short-staffed. You don't get housekeeping after 6pm. But the edifice is great. Location is fantastic, walking distance to Jeddah corniche.

Accepted in compare with price Both reciption girls very smart Swimming pool not safe depth 1.6 without life guard or safety tools Spa n sawna Philippines guy missrespectable House keeping once per day not allowed to request when required Restaurant good enough but there's no variety n Philippines girl not cooperative Finally it deserves the value u gonna pay

Ok for 3 stars hotel. The restaurant needs some improvement. They clean rooms only if you ask reception. Nice and friendly staff especially the security person.

It’s a fairly good hotel. You’d expect more when you see it in the internet. It says a 4 stars hotel but the service is more of a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

The hotel itself is very decent for the price. Comfortable and is within the expectations set by the online pics. Meaning the hotel pics are a fair representation of the actual hotel. However the room was not serviced upon my return at the end of the day. The man in reception named Mustaqim was extremely rude and did not even offer an apology. Not sure how he got a job in the hospitality industry with such poor people skills.
