The place is amazing. Room is cozy and big. Staff were all warm and friendly, especially the filipinos. It felt like home because of their warmth service. I enjoyed my stay and looking forward to visiting the place again.

Staff and services all good. We enjoy the food and too much food in the buffet. Thanks for the warm welcome. Service from the waiter and waitresses are very good. Thanks also to the host Kim and Jehan. Nice ☺

I believe this hotel has a high rating only because the breakfast waitress almost puts her own review in the guests phone, so much they like to be reviewed. Careful. Very unpleasant experience. Agent at the front desk took ages and preferred to talk to a guest who thought he can choose any room to his liking, asking him for different options, for a long time. Left me waiting at 2:30 at night. Agent should have been aware and not take 15 minutes with one guest alone checking room number preferences. Room very large, good 4 hr sleep. No minibar for amy snacks unfortunately. Breakfast had a fair selection, vegetables looked from last year though. Breakfast room the opposite of cosy and stylish, in a banquet room. One thinks that nobody really takes care of the place nor the guest experience. The bellboys were very nice, and the scrambled egg fine.

The new hotel for us PAL crew is so big, accessible and very clean. Gina, Edwin, Jane and Sagar were so helpful and pleasant while we had our breakfast. They were all excellent and amazing! Truly, people here are the main attraction of this hotel.

Close to the airport so if you like something near that venue, this is your place. The entire area is undeveloped but will be developing into an Equestrian related ares in due course - it look exciting too. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and well appointed. Fits into exactly its 4 star rating. Lovely balcony and many pool options which is exceptional. Food offering are plentiful but slightly limited for vegetarians. Desserts at dinner and breakfast options are plentyful. Really, overall, a very nice place to stay
