I believe this hotel has a high rating only because the breakfast waitress almost puts her own review in the guests phone, so much they like to be reviewed. Careful.
Very unpleasant experience. Agent at the front desk took ages and preferred to talk to a guest who thought he can choose any room to his liking, asking him for different options, for a long time. Left me waiting at 2:30 at night. Agent should have been aware and not take 15 minutes with one guest alone checking room number preferences.
Room very large, good 4 hr sleep. No minibar for amy snacks unfortunately.
Breakfast had a fair selection, vegetables looked from last year though. Breakfast room the opposite of cosy and stylish, in a banquet room.
One thinks that nobody really takes care of the place nor the guest experience.
The bellboys were very nice, and the scrambled egg fine.
