Description

The Gate consists of a lobby, lounge, dining room, and open kitchen, offering healthy filling breakfasts, lunches, and themed dinners. They offer freshly baked bread and hand-carved sandwiches, gourmet burgers, pizzas, healthy food, and fruit cocktails. This is a modern restaurant with upscale dining. Serving international classic food with an innovative touch. The Gate serves international cuisine with an innovative twist to make you not only enjoy the food, but also the service and ambiance.

The restaurant has a buffet system for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in addition to La carte also. The buffet for breakfast is for SAR 75, lunch SAR 100, and dinner SAR 110. The menu starts the day with signature breakfast dishes. The special lunch and dinner menu contains soups and salads, pasta, appetizers and specialties, burgers and sandwiches, desserts, and signature drinks.

The expertise and communication skills of Mr. Yahya (manager) with customers was extremely professional and his team is highly appreciated for giving a warm welcome to all the customers. This restaurant is located on Madina street, Umar Ibn Nadlah, district Al-Nuzhah, Jeddah in the Holiday Inn hotel on the ground floor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Jeddah Gateway, an IHG Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, offering convenience and accessibility to key attractions. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional, from check-in to check-out. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the food offered at the hotel was satisfactory, providing a decent variety to choose from. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Jeddah Gateway was nothing short of excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

First thing I really wanna appreciate the service & elegance and the hospitality Supervisor mansor carried , he was cooperative and initiative in helping and aiding us. The rooms were great and the view was nice. Definitely not the last time ✨👍.

Perfect choice if u need to stay beside the airport and the mall of arabia is around. Clean rooms and staff very helpful. I like the food and breakfast was fresh. they even had a hot pancake machine. Diffently staying there again. Jeddah is very nice place.

This is the worst experience I have had with them ever. 1st they put me in their new building and to go there I was escorted with the concierge through a worker’s corridor that is smelly and dirty and took mw through the back area 2nd when entering the new building it was properly furnished yet the stench was awful it they told me it is due to some maintenance, it was disgusting. 3rd they didn’t even tell me how to connect to the internet, the process is different than what is stated on the card they could at least inform me before hand. 4th there was no Hot on the shower even thought it there was hot water on the sink taps. 5th when leaving to check out (or even to access the main building to have breakfast) they access code they gave me to use from the back area didn’t work, I had to walk around the whole block to go into the main building. 6th the breakfast buffet selection is the poorest between all IHG hotels I barely took some eggs n water. And lastly when checking out the receptionist didn’t even ask for my feedback on the stay. The only positive point is that the room was new other than that I will surely request not to stay in this hotel again.
