I have only issue with the services... you ask for anything and khallas no response from them ... you need to remind them 2-3 times then they will do some actions

My first time in Jeddah after many years. After walking in the front door I was greeted by the gentleman at reception with a smile. He spoke relatively good English which is an immense improvement to times past. The room has a modern chic look, very clean lovely surrounding, shops, food reatil and 15 mins from the airport.. This certainly measures up to the hotels I've stayed in Toronto etc. The manger Mohammad Jaradat took the time to hear my feedback after we checked out of our rooms. The elevators are small and can squeeze 6 people in. Otherwise I'd certainly return back. I hope this helps Tariq

Absolute mess..... I can't believe this is actually a hotel!!! Everything was falling apart. They got my booking completely wrong. Ended up having to pay for an extra room for 3 nights although it was their fault. Sent for laundry service, they mixed the colours with the whites and even had the audacity to say them clothes were not white. Shower water was cold. Toilet seats broken. I could go on for ever. Save your money do not book this place.

Very good location. Near to the US Consulate. The room is spacious and clean, bed and bathroom are comfortable. Good value per cost.
