Reverse Restaurant - Jeddah مطعم ريفيرس Unclaimed

First the decorations are nice unique but the place is small,needs improvement on many levels ,they refuse to let us upstairs which is strange why you make another floor if you don't want anyone to go up. The staff is bad needs improvement they never listen we told them to bring the salad without chicken Cesar salad they never did.we told them first the salad then the sandwiches checky bun they bring it all together.the sandwich taste is normal below normal I can do the same in my home maybe better.there is some mayo and ketchup just a little in the side of the plate . When you enter a place you wait for a proper greeting. But this didn't happen.the toilet in this place the door is jammed so you need some power to open and close. The food is below normal it's not great or awesome..I say it's not up to the price . I see many places now confused between is it a restaurant or a cafe when they enter you can't tell adding to that is it a night club maybe after prayers time . For me I can't recommend this place.

An amazing place to be. Food quality and presentation on top is excellent. Staff is very friendly and they will make you comfortable with the place. Went there with wife and 1 yro daughter. Had fun time.

This place has an amazing vibe and great food! Honest. The music they play is fun. The workers there are so nice and helpful as well

Reverse has a great concept but the service is severely lacking. We came in as a table of 5 and were promptly seated upstairs. The interior is beautifully decorated and quirky. Our waitress quickly took our orders and the rest should be pretty smooth... Right? Wrong. First we could overhear the waitress and several others talking about our table; rule no.1 in serving - if you're going to talk about the customer, do it where they cant hear you. One of my dinning companions for the evening ordered a cappuccino and a dessert, it took us asking **four times** for sugar. Upon receipt of the sugar, the cappuccino was cold. All of our meals came out at different times... Literally the last person in our group received their meal as other people were finishing theirs. I do not think that this is part of the concept, so please correct me if it is - but the kitchen should be able to manage the tables meals and send them out together, not a meal coming literally 30mins after the first person received theirs. One of the other orders was wrong and had to be sent back. I gave one star for the decor and one star for my food as the burgers were actually tasty - I would really just like to see their service improve and better training for the servers.

To be honest this place had a very unique vibe ! Food is almost great but it may needs some improvements compared to how expensive the prices are!! .. Love how they have amazing selection in the menu.. The low point is the space in up stairs very tight and small couldn't pass to the toilet easily because of the middle table chairs and guest..
