Reverse has a great concept but the service is severely lacking.
We came in as a table of 5 and were promptly seated upstairs. The interior is beautifully decorated and quirky.
Our waitress quickly took our orders and the rest should be pretty smooth... Right? Wrong. First we could overhear the waitress and several others talking about our table; rule no.1 in serving - if you're going to talk about the customer, do it where they cant hear you.
One of my dinning companions for the evening ordered a cappuccino and a dessert, it took us asking **four times** for sugar. Upon receipt of the sugar, the cappuccino was cold. All of our meals came out at different times... Literally the last person in our group received their meal as other people were finishing theirs. I do not think that this is part of the concept, so please correct me if it is - but the kitchen should be able to manage the tables meals and send them out together, not a meal coming literally 30mins after the first person received theirs. One of the other orders was wrong and had to be sent back.
I gave one star for the decor and one star for my food as the burgers were actually tasty - I would really just like to see their service improve and better training for the servers.
