Operation Falafel is a Lebanese restaurant located in Dammam, khaleej Road. They offer authentic Arabic food. Don't pass up trying their stuffed Falafel! They have a range of pastry items, as well as delicious foul. They also have delicious shawarma. The place is very clean, and the ambiance is great; the service and staff are very good as well. Superb! The food is absolutely amazing, the atmosphere is charming, and the prices are very reasonable. The food came everything was fresh and everything was flawless actually. The branch manager Renzie is really friendly and so does all the staff mementos who gave us a free desert and was always in assistance. Worth every penny & I totlly recommend the place.

It was my first visit to a operation falafel restaurant, the food was very tasty.? The manager's reception was very welcoming when we entered, he was very keen to serve the business excellent and this is very important, thank you. I really appreciate you this.? The staff are very welcoming, especially Hassan and Hussein. Their service, treatment and smiles were very comforting. We rarely see employees like Hassan and Hussein. I hope the management of a restaurant takes care of them, they deserve.?

Falafel operations is in the decline unfortunately. Prices are getting higher and portions are getting smaller. We ordered quinoa salad and it came less than half the bowl which is already small. To give credit to the manager, he put extra portion after we complained. We ordered falafel plate and the hummus portion almost half of what used to be. Two stars because the falafel still taste good but I do not think I will visit again.
