Good hotel and good location. And I received a free suite room upgrade. Room was good and big. Thanks for that. Breakfast buffet was also decent.

I been to this hotel for about 6 hours. I left my room for breakfast and lunch after I checked out. I found that I lost 2000 ryals where in my wallet inside my pc case. Called the hotel, and they never answered emailed them they'd never replied.

A typical 3 star hotel even if given 4 stars. We are traveling often to Dammam for business. Breakfast was good. Had to pay it twice... by Expedia by reservation and second time at the hotel.

Great place, big and clean rooms, friendly staff who can speak good English. Worth for money. I had a great check in experience and it just took 2 mins to check in. Great work 👏👍

I was wondering why is the rent is very low (Dirty sticky old dated furniture). The pictures shows very vibed energetic room unfortunately it was the opposite. To be fair 2 stars for the staff hospitality especially the front desk lady. FYI: I thought i was in an old music video from the 80’s 😂😂😂😂😂 OMG
