Welcome to Lobby Lounge Cafe, which is located in the Ruve Hotel on the ground floor. A perfect place to indulge, relax, and have a great time. Lobby Lounge coffee has an assortment of fresh daily bakes ranging from croissants to Danish pastries and French sweets.  

Lobby Lounge café offers hot and cold drinks as well, including milkshakes, lattes, and mojitos. They also have desserts and many other items to eat.

Amazing location! So close to masjid Al Nabawi. However hotel rooms are very cramped, bathrooms in desperate need of renovating and the whole building needs a deep clean! Breakfast options are not great. Reception staff are not the friendliest and come across slightly abrupt/ rude but housekeeping staff were much friendlier.

Location is special. Parkings outside are scarce but there is parking under the hotel for some cars. The gym is moderate and needs some improvement. Swimming pool is nice.

The service and the room we're very disappointing. The furniture was old. The fridge was not working so they had to change it. The room phone was not working too so you have to use the bathroom phone to call the reception. They don't allow the delivery people to come to your room and they ask you come downstairs to pickup your food. Finally when about to leave I called the reception so they can send me a porter he said OK., few mins later he calls apologising and saying that he is not available now. So I had to go downstairs myself to take the luggage cart to my room. What a waste of money and time. Worst hotel experience I had in Jeddah.

Very cooperative receptionists, gave us early check in , responded well through email but some basic amenities like washroom sandals, robes were missing. Overall it was good
