Description

Khayal Restaurant is one of the famous Lebanese restaurants in Saudi Arabia.  They offer delicious authentic Lebanese cusine. Very good ambiance and service. They serve mix grills, chicken tanjan, shawarma platter, sandwiches, hummus etc. Their famous drink is Saudi non alcoholic champagne. They have a beautiful interior themed on the Middle East . They have two floors offering sections for individual and families. The best thing is the location on your way out of Makkah going to Jeddah, it is located in Hamra St. near Arches Cafe, which is the one of the best cafes in Makkah. Khayal also has branches in Taif, Jeddah and Yanbu.

This was our first Turkish food experience in Saudi and although it was good, I have eaten better Turkish food in the UK. Quality was fine, service was fast and friendly. The hype is not justified and neither is the price.

Great food but pricey. I'm a regular at the Jeddah branch and food is the same. Ample parking and good service. Deco is good and they have a variety of food on the menu. I've been here a few times and it hasn't disappointed. It's over priced though which is why I give it a 4 star. They should serve more local brands, particularly soft drinks. I asked and they didn't have any, which was a shame. As a major chain of restaurants, they should lead by example and support Saudi brands, which are just as good as the international brands. I do like the complimentary tea at the end.

Nice place to try kind of Turkish taste. Grilled stuff were just fine..chicken wings weren’t the best, Iskender wasn’t special, but it was ok..

I visited Khayal during Eid Holidays which located on Makkah-Jeddah highway. Taste and Service both were good.
