Blue Coral Hotel

Firstly i want to tell you about my experience with the staff. The receptionist who is a saudi he misbehaved while i told him if someone can keep my luggage in the car. He just shhh me badly and told me to go. This is a very unprofessional behaviour from the staff if this is how they going to behave with their customers. I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and they only came once for the cleaning on my request after 1 - 2 hours. Location is so bad that in these 5 days i could never come or go back to my hotel easily. So much confusion no taxi drivers know this location. Too long for people who want to book this hotel for umrah purpose. Very disappointing experience. Specially from the male staff Arab guy, no respect for customers specially women. Who ever the owner is please look into it.

Very spacious and clean hotel with a very good service by the team. Friendly reception team with a very accommodating staff. The price was also very reasonable for such a property.

Best part - the room size, very spacious. Cleanliness maintained, their staff Bad sides - parking spaces was too small even i just drove hyundai kona. Terrific jam just before the junction to the hotel bcoz traffic light just right in front of the hotel which makes u think twice to drive out of the hotel again (U should aware that the distance of the hotel and Masjidil Haram not kind of walking distance but if u wanna try why not)

This was my 1st time in mecca and this hotel was great I had no reservations and I stayed there for 16 days the staff was wonderful. I have no complaints. The hotel was very clean And spacious. I'm from united states and our hotels usually have microwaves in them, This one doesn't when you're staying for a long period of time, You collect food and you would like to heat it up.

The service is very bad , the worst hotel in my life
