Extremely rude staff and they serve worst tea in the world. In name of English tea they have come up with their own recipe which only has milk like substance ( not even milk). Will never buy from here again.

This is officially the worst experience ever! It made me loose my passion towards burgers. They made 50% discount, which you would think is amazing, but it’s absolutely for some evil reason. Also, what is the point of making discount when you get it from other items, like selling the Pepsi for 11 SAR!! Everything we ordered was absolutely trash… especially the beef burger. It’s even worse than the cheapest burger I ever tried in anywhere! I’ve ate burger for the street in the far east, it wasn’t worse than today’s burger! I don’t know what else to say. Really it broke my heart! I have trauma now and I don’t think I ever gonna eat burgers again! ?

Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional staff, who calls himself the manager of the place (Liwan Center). I really don't want to defame the brand, but I would never step in this branch ever again. A cafe staff needs to be more trained, for a better customer experience, which will eventually reflect on monthly/annual revenue. Won't recommend Esquire Coffee Liwan center only because of the staff! PS: I took my refund after ordering and walked out of the branch.
