Chocolate Lounge is one of the most amazing places for coffee and desserts in Makkah. It is located inside the Sheraton Hotel close to Al Masjid Al Haram. It is a very nice cafe that is quiet and beautiful. The cafe has comfortable chairs and seats with great decorations. The colors are relaxing and the atmosphere is very friendly and bright. Its tranquility takes you to a second world.

They have cheesecakes, carrot cakes, honey cakes, and more. In addition, they have hot and cold drinks like latte, coffees, cold chocolate, and many more drinks. It is located in the Sheraton Hotel on the Ground Floor, Jabal Al Kaaba, close to the Shaza Hotel in Makkah.

Was not made aware of the constant contruction noise right outside the hotel! Could not get any sleep as they work all day and all night with the digging machine. Hotel might look near on maps but walking down to the the main gate to enter the huram and back up the hill on the way back is difficult and is quite far away it would take us around 15-20min walk there and 15min walk back everyday. The rooms were very dusty. The fridge was not working and last but not least the Wifi kept disconnecting constantly and very slow. This is definitely not a 5 star.

Nice hotel, not so far away from Harem, in the rooms u have everything u need. We were in the apartment, two bedrooms, kitchen, plus two rooms. I heard rooms for two persons r a bit small, but didnt see it.. it is not quite as they r working outside all night, but we didnt have problem with sleeping.

I stayed here for a week, and I really enjoyed it very satisfying ? the rooms were adequate , and the bathrooms were clean and showers worked well. A live broadcast for when the azaan would happen to the little things to like free water bottles on the house and quick service if you needed any more towels or toiletries.its very close to the haram also has a lift for those whom have disabilities and the hotel staff worked hard and are very friendly I would recommend to all and book again. I would give it a 10 outta 10.

Amazing hotel with spacious rooms and amazing services including daily housekeeping and buffet breakfast. The only downside of this hotel is the location. It's built on Jabal e Kaaba which means there's a lot of walking required on a slope. The hotel also offers a pedestrian bridge which connects the hotel to Masjid e Haram, but still one would have to walk 4-5 minutes down a slope to reach the Haram extension area which is not suitable for old age people or people with small kids. Other than that, it's definitely a 5-star hotel.

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. House keeping is excellent. Once the Haram building work is complete this hotel will be just across the road.
