I recently ordered Bryani rice from Bryani Palace via Careem Food and was disappointed to find that it was just normal rice, not the authentic Bryani I expected. This is unacceptable, and it raises concerns about the oversight from the management and the chef's expertise in preparing true Bryani rice. I advise others to taste before ordering from here or consider alternative restaurants. Very dissatisfied with my experience

I was Hungry after work, and this restaurant was nearby, thatswhy i went there after checking the reviews, and guess what? I have experienced the worst desi restaurant i have ever visited. I ordered biriyani, chicken 65 and butter chicken The Biriyani had no taste and it has weird smell and the rice is not cooked well The butter chicken tasted like 1 week old curry, it wasnt fresh at all, it felt like it was reheated for 1 week. The chicken 65 was just average And not just the food was poor Even the staff were rude af I think all the good reviews of this restaurant is fake It has its own people commenting on it. This restaurant is totally nightmare.

Food is good but the staff at the counter needs to be trained on his softskills. I asked to use my entertainer and he made me feel as if i was asking for free food and kept on talking unnecessarily. Eventually i ended up leaving the place. Train your staff else lose your customers as there are plenty other options out there.
