-1 star for the room. Big and curious looking stains on the couch and carpet. Our room faced an alley with a couple of bars in it, so there was noise well into the night since the soundproofing wasn't all that. -1 star for housekeeping, the room hadn't even serviced at 3pm. We had to call reception for additional towels. 0 stars for breakfast, the first morning it was super chaotic. No one to greet us at the entrance, no one who came to ask if we would like coffee, tea or some eggs and several buffet items weren't replenished. The second morning it was 100% different though, mostly because it wasn't too busy then. 5 stars for the location and friendliness of the staff. Even though reception initially tried to charge us for parking since the 'parking for free package' we booked wasn't in their system (-0.5 stars). All in all 2.5 stars but I'll round it up to 3, since the location is perfect for visiting the centre and all its attractions. The price/quality ratio isn't quite up to par though, for a 5 star hotel with 5 star room prices I think you can expect better than this. Not exactly sure if I'll visit again.

One of the best hotels all over Germany in terms of facilities and design. Considering the pricing of the hotel breakfast is quite disappointing.

Excellent hotel. Very nice spacious rooms Great service. Great location, near restaurants, bars, galleries etc. Like the live jazz in the evenings at the bar. The steak restaurant is pretty good, and not expensive. Breakfast is a bit basic though.

I loved this hotel. They have many categories of rooms & suites (2 rooms suite with full kitchen) and they are fully equipped with washing machine and coffee maker. The hotel rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have huge safe parking lots. The hotel is in nice place just beside the old city with big options of restaurants and shops.
