It was a pleasure to stay in a hotel. All the staff are really helpful. We must appreciate their customer service skills. The breakfast is very good and the Chief is looking at each and every thing even though he is suggesting and caring for every guest with open heartedness. Appreciated management that they have selected talented people.

We were warmly welcomed by the reception team and consistently enjoyed excellent service throughout our visit. The staff demonstrated commendable professionalism from the beginning to the end, enhancing the overall quality of our stay. The room exceeded expectations, featuring delightful surprises that were truly unique. We look forward to returning soon. I highly recommend this hotel without reservation.

Nice hotel but language is a problem if you are visiting from an outside country. They should keep few vegetarian options as well

My visit was for two days .. The hotel is quiet and clean and the services are close to it .. My only observation was the slow Wi-Fi service …. I would like to thank (Wajdan) for her professional dealings, she is an honorable facade for this hotel

First time staying at this hotel. There rooms are nice, there services are exceptional. However, I like my room freezing cold and I couldn’t have that in their room. Edited: Never mind the AC is actually pretty good, the setting needed adjustment.
