We were supposed to check in at 730am. The information was already given and booking confirmed by the hotel. On arrival they said rooms are not available and to wait. The lady was very rude and behaved as if they were doing a favor to us by letting us stay in the hotel. We thought of having breakfast and there were served expired Nutella. The chef was very apologetic. After having breakfast went to the reception again just to hear the manager say they cant do anything about the rooms as they were sold out. The manager was rude and had the same attitude as the lady at the reception earlier. Had to wait more than 2hours despite having a confirmed booking for early arrival. Avoid booking this hotel unless you want to be treated miserably

Dear Marriot and Guests, I hope this message finds you well. I recently attended a wedding at your establishment and I must say, I was impressed with the amount of heat that was generated. I didn't even know it was possible to sweat in places I didn't know I had. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I appreciate the unique opportunity to test my body's endurance and ability to withstand extreme temperatures. It was almost like a hot yoga session, but with less flexibility and more forced social interactions with people who were also sweating profusely. It was so hot inside, we took cooling breaks by going outside.. Thank you for providing me with this once-in-a-lifetime experience. I will never forget it.

After a long journey of 7 hours from Madrid to Riyadh, we arrived with a clear conscience, having booked 2 rooms before the flight, since we had to catch another flight to Amman in 11 hours. We have had a very bad experience with the reservations team since they have given us false information, without truth. We are a family of 8 (with 2 babies) and we do not reside in Saudi Arabia but in Spain, we did not ask for a visa when the workers at both the airport and the hotel told us that we could leave the airport without any problem. Supposedly you could spend less than 12 hours without a visa and then enter the airport and catch the next flight. It seemed very strange to me, so we repeatedly contacted them with great difficulty and they told us the same thing. This has been a complete scam. Now we find ourselves with a reservation that we cannot attend due to lack of information and contact with the group of workers. I do not understand how an AIRPORT hotel does not provide the best service to travelers. We had to make another reservation not at another hotel but at the Alfursan lounge which does not have rooms as such but places to stay for a while. An experience that both those who have a family and not, know that it is very hard and not at all COMFORTABLE. You cannot rest as well as you would in a hotel.
