Maintenance everywhere is 0. Quality and taste of food is very low. Very low level services. The hotel lacks major supervision and follow up responsibilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

A Disappointing Stay at Prime Hotel Al Hamra in Jeddah Rating: 1/5 My recent experience at Prime Hotel Al Hamra in Jeddah left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that our stay would be far from pleasant. One of the major issues we encountered was the mishandling of our reservation. Despite booking a specific room, the hotel reception gave it away to somebody else, leaving us with a smaller and less desirable accommodation. This initial disappointment set the tone for the rest of our stay. The problems continued when we discovered that the extra beds we had requested for our children were not provided. To make matters worse, there were no bathroom towels or even a basic supply of water in the room. Such oversights significantly impacted our comfort and convenience during the stay. The room itself was another source of disappointment. It had an unpleasant smell and was incredibly stinky, with dirty carpets that had turned black and emitted a foul odor. The lack of cleanliness was not only visually displeasing but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Our dining experience was equally disappointing, especially during breakfast. The quality of the food was subpar, and the selection was limited. One particular staff member, a female chef named Heba, stood out for all the wrong reasons. Her rude and nasty demeanor was uncalled for, further souring our already disappointing experience. In conclusion, my family and I had high expectations for our stay at Prime Hotel Al Hamra, but unfortunately, it fell short in every aspect. From the room mix-up to the lack of amenities, the uncleanliness, and the unpleasant encounters with staff, our overall experience was marred by a series of disappointments. We sincerely hope that the management takes these issues seriously and addresses them to enhance the quality of service for future guests.

There is a very bad smell in the hotel, some kind of cleaning product or air freshener they use. But it smelt like ammonia and was very horrible. Surprised we didn’t get sick from it. The Ac was also super loud it would go on and off throughout the night and made it hard to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We couldn’t wait to check out and get out of there. They have a no cancellation policy, and the hotel staff was not very helpful when we had issues with our rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The pros : the location, most of the stuff are friendly and happy to help . The breakfast is good. The junior suite is spacious The cons : overpriced, gym and pool the children play area are so small and useless, room furniture are depreciated and not convenient like the closet are small and useless especially if you are staying in double and medium or long stays shower cabinet is leaking water out to the bathroom. Totally disappointed at checkout since paid my stay in advance 2750 sar and the hotel owe my money at checkout 12 sar they said and instead that I didn't pay 50 sar and charged me 40 SAR extra totally a mess and disappointed. Also the internet service was down for day's
