Centro Shaheen Jeddah by Rotana

I have been here for 2 weeks. Great rooms, very clean and comfortable. All staff serving dinner were amazing apologies for not knowing your names but the wait staff were really good at 6pm onwards for dinner, great people on this shift! Very attentive and approachable. Buffet was always delicious. Housekeeping did an amazing job too. I found an amazing rooftop restaurant across the road serving delicious fresh grilled seafood of your choice less than 5 mins walk away. Thank you for my pleasant stay. Room was great!

It's a perfect hotel with good services. Good welcome at the reception with a beautiful smile every time. Room service very good and most important housekeeping perfect. I was staying at 9th floor there was a housekeeping boy his name is SABBIR he’s doing his job perfectly and very nice. I really appreciate his work😍

Hotel in excellent location, reception staff well check in process with good level of English. Bell staff also quite respond for check out. Room is clean and all toolkit and amenities well prepare in room.

I had the miss fortunate of staying in this hotel for a month (was not my choice, the company booked me in it). Let’s start with the terrible location: it’s a hassle to get there, the parking situation is bad as well, there are not that many spots + you have to physically enter your hotel card for the parking gate to open (each time :) ) The service is SLOW. I mean, sloth SLOW. It takes them ages to get anything you need. Absolutely miserable. The breakfast is ok, they have good pancakes and hash browns, the rest is not really worth the money. The room is TINY, the closet space is non existent (literally), the bathroom is small as well, the bed size is fairly small (I think 120x200 cm), you get a tv and two chairs and a sofa (which is decent given how small the room is). The lights on either sides of the bed were hanging for dear life (picture attached) The only thing I liked about this place is that in the room, you have a button option to “clean” or “don’t disturb”. The only reason I would recommend this place is for a one night stay only.

Very good location! Rooms are very clean, they have gym n pool at the rooftop. For those want to have bigger room then they can book the Studio Room which they have microwave oven inside also.
