I really loved the service. While we waited for our room to be available, we went to the buffet to eat for lunch. The food was delicious! It is a great hotel, it has a friendly atmosphere. I would like my friends to stay in this hotel if they go to Saudi Arabia. Especially in this hotel, Ghulam Mohiuddin is a great person.

Great rooms, but the hotel is characterless and the location is terrible (everything is 15-20 mins away, including a convenience store). Nearby food choices were also limited unless you are in the mood for US sit-down chain restaurants For some reason the lobby always felt like a ghost town and I was there on one of the busiest weekends of the year. The gym was pretty good - decent sized. Prices were high when compared to other peninsula countries for what you get.

Room/ Bathroom (4/10) There’s a lot of need for improvement in the bedrooms. Bathroom drained slowly causing pool of water in the shower. Shower water or drainage had an obnoxious smell. Despite reporting, my room wasn’t changed instead maintenance kept returning with a can of air freshener. Breakfast is good (6/10) Communal areas- restaurants & lobby are well lit and modern (9/10) Response time in the hotel is slow (5/10) House keeping & maintenance try their best to offer the best service but some rooms just need renovation! Won’t recommend.

I was served by Muhammad, who was attentive and polite. The food in the restaurant is very good and the rooms are really nice. I stayed in the executive suite and in deluxe room and both were excellent. The reception desk staff were all really friendly as were anyone I met. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here for 2 nights for business trip. The location on google maps guided me to the parking directly which is you can access it without restrictions. The directions to reception wasn’t clear enough from the parking. The check in process was smooth. I got a room in high floor which was very quite. The room was clean but the pillow covers wasn’t good. Minor worn out was there. The toilet wasn’t equipped with personal kits. Only there were soap, shampoo and shower gel. No floor towel was there. The breakfast was good with enough variety. In general, the hotel is good for business.
