They dont have 190 cash to refund and let us wait for 10 mnts. No accountant to transfer too.Unprofessional staff with zero experience.

No one cares you can call baladiya they cant do anything to hotel. By Bangladeshi ticket seller. Water was dirty,washroom broken. There were 18 to 25 people in swimming pool. We were 10 and they sent us in too. Most dirtiest swimming pool in jeddah. Not recommended at all.

The worst ever swimming pool in whole jeddha. Dirty water,broken washroom,30 people in small swimming pool. Not recommended for those who care for their health.
