This place is phenomenal. You can see al ula from top. Very nice view in the morning and at night it is a beautiful view too. The road is a little scary better to use 4 by 4 vehicle.

Harrat view point offers an amazing scenic view of the town and its sorrounding rock formations. We travel early in the morning like 6 am to avoid the scorching heat of the sun. It's an amazing experience and we are planning to come back on cold months.

I would really love to go back for a sunset or sunrise experience. We went there around 10 am during this month it is very hot the advantage is you get to enjoy the place without too much crowd. But I believe the best time to visit is during sunrise and sunset.

Worthy place to visit and relax on top of mountain and view al ula new town sight seeing. Going to early Sunset is recommended to see day light view and night view after ? . But need to improve tourist friendly atmosphere and facilities like restaurant, cafe and toilets at this place
