Excellent resort .. great team and effort behind .. everything is well organized and tidy from the beautiful smell in the reception & smily receptionist to everyone. I acknowledge some hard work seen during my stay in the resort .. -Mr Mohamed Rashid at Rooms & restaurant . - Mr Ahmed from ships reservation team .. -Gardening team working with unified T shirts wrote on it serving you with love .. - Cleaning team who started working 6 AM . Wonderful team

Nice and economical place for family time spending

Hi just wanted to share my experience with this resort. For a month I have been trying to get hold of this resort via email and phone calls and no response. I even got a friend to physically go and visit the resort and ask what is happening to their communication system. They stated they will fix their phones. A day prior to going to the resort my friend went again to the resort and spoke with them. They informed me that they didn't receive my booking and they are now all booked out. I rang Bookings.com to resolve the issue and bookings informed me that they have informed the resort a month a go. They attempted ringing but unable to get through and also email but no response. I am very dissapointed with the way this resort handled the situation and their customer service is extremely poor. This is the first place I have come across in Saudi with issues in regards to making reservations. A low rating for their extremely poor communication with their customers.
