Very disappointing stay
I booked for my family during Eid AlFitr 2023, got to pay a high price but in return, the value for money was almost zero
This is a detailed review with pictures for reference
Upon check-in we waited for almost 15 minutes for the receptionist because he was away from his desk
The chalet was loaded with mosquitoes. We were promised that there would be a pest spray done later during the evening but it never happened over the course of our stay.
During booking I agreed with the reservations guy that I would get an extra 2 beds (proper beds) with pillows and blankets. But what we got,,, I wouldn’t even have my pet sleep on it. Those 25-year old mattresses were stinking dirty. So I had to go through a whole struggle to get what I wanted
The amenities were not in the right order. Please see pictures.
The toilets, shower, soap mount, beds, lights were not well maintained.
The pool was dirty and there was no one to help clean it.
As for the food, please please Don’t go for the breakfast package at all. The quality of foul, hummus, salads and the tea was all very poor and for a premium price you’d get nothing.
Anyways, we had to struggle a lot to get our stay a little less hectic than it already was.
