Holiday Inn & Suites Al Jubail

Hotel staff was well trained and soft spoken. Services was good especially by Waiter Mr. MERAJ. Over all experience was good.

My second time at this hotel and the service from the minute you walk in till you leave has been nothing short of perfect. Staff are clearly very highly trained, friendly and are eager to help. One of the few hotels that when you walk into your room you smell a nice fresh smell and the room has great amenities too! Restaurant food is very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the BBQ night. My meat was cooked as requested, presented nicely and the quality was very good! The people assisting on the restaurant floor, Elias and Shariful were always smiling and were super helpful! I suggest you give guests the option to leave tips to staff especially in the restaurant area when paying the bill, because they deserve it. Not all of us are carrying cash nowadays! Overall a hotel I highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

Great staff in the restaurant. All are efficient and friendly. Today Shariful looked after me. They were busy but he remembered how I like my coffee. It's a nice little extra. Highly recommended

Very convenient location. Overall experience was very good and we all loved it. The suit was very spacious. We all enjoyed all of the fancy choices in the restaurant. For sure we will be coming back and do recommend others to try it too.
