Holiday Inn & Suites Al Jubail

Was a very nice stay. Rooms are clean. Food are good and people are very friendly. Elias and Halamah were very very friendly and polite. I’ll come back for sure.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel staff, from the cleaning team, to the reception, to the wait staff, world class. We stayed for a couple weeks on business and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The food was also very enjoyable. Elias and Rimon made our stay incredibly memorable. They are the number one reason I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Jubail. We will return in a few weeks and I look forward to seeing these two again. They should be commended for their hard work, dedication, and superb customer service. Thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home!

Great staff in the restaurant. All are efficient and friendly. Today Sharibul looked after me. He remembered my coffee request and made sure my meal was just right. Very happy. Highly recommended

Hotel staff was well trained and soft spoken. Services was good especially by Waiter Mr. MERAJ. Over all experience was good.

My second time at this hotel and the service from the minute you walk in till you leave has been nothing short of perfect. Staff are clearly very highly trained, friendly and are eager to help. One of the few hotels that when you walk into your room you smell a nice fresh smell and the room has great amenities too! Restaurant food is very good. I was pleasantly surprised by the BBQ night. My meat was cooked as requested, presented nicely and the quality was very good! The people assisting on the restaurant floor, Elias and Shariful were always smiling and were super helpful! I suggest you give guests the option to leave tips to staff especially in the restaurant area when paying the bill, because they deserve it. Not all of us are carrying cash nowadays! Overall a hotel I highly recommend and would definitely visit again.
